About me

My name is Ashley! I am the face behind Ashley Burge Photography. I have two wild little girls and am happily married to my best friend, Brett. We live in Seminole, FL which is luckily a half mile from the closest beach. My passion for photography started when I realized how important my personal family photos were to me. We get our photos done at least twice a year (sorry Brett) and I wouldn’t change it for a minute! Capturing those moments of my girls being little and documenting every stage of their life is something I will always get to look back on. I picked up a camera to get cute photos of my kiddos and then it turned into friends asking for photos, then friends of friends, and now here we are! Anything motherhood related is my jam; family, maternity, mommy and me, you name it! I want to capture your family in their natural environment to capture your true emotions in the moment. Kids will be kids. They may cry, have a tantrum, be shy, or be wild and crazy running around like mine! All of these scenarios are fine and actually what I prefer in order to capture your real life! Don’t stress! I find I get my best shots when kids are just being themselves and the parents just go along with it. So let’s laugh, embrace the crazy, and capture all of those snuggles because the best photos are the ones when you all are enjoying each others company.
